This weekly marine education program will introduce students to the fascinating and diverse habitats and creatures that exist in our oceans, in particular the natural wonders of coral reefs, one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems on our Planet, highlighting the threats that face them and the importance of conservation.

 

The program will focus on a broad range of marine topics as well as touch on human impacts and conservation.  Lessons will be educational, informative and enjoyable and include colourful slideshows, videos, hand-on games and activities, along with optional field excursions to snorkel in a marine reserve, explore a beach and visit the mangrove ecosystems of Hong Kong.
